ELLE X TANGO HOTEL

ELLE, a Brooklyn-based artist, began her journey as an illegal graffiti artist on the streets of New York just a few years ago. Today, she has earned her place among the top touring street artists, utilizing a wide range of street art tools such as aerosol cans, pump cans, stencils, and paint rollers to make her mark on the cities she visits. Her work has been featured in the URBAN NATION 2018 exhibition, ‘UN-DERSTAND The Power of Art as a Social Architect’.

ELLE's mural graffiti art is a true testament to visual poetry. Her artwork often features powerful female figures, flowers, animals, and classical elements, fused with pop-culture references, conveying her passion for feminism and environmental protection. Even her rawer pieces such as tags and street posters reflect the bold and disruptive nature of her art, which is a hallmark of both her work and street art in general.

Over the course of her career, ELLE has exhibited her work in galleries, museums, and on the streets. She has created some of the most essential walls in street art, leaving an indelible impression on the urban landscape.
